Hello, my name is Jamey Mullin. My family tree seems to grow around the plumbing industry. I am one of four brothers, all Plumbing Contractors. My father, uncles, cousins, and in-laws, are all Plumbing Contractors as well, and are all in business over several states. I said I would never be a plumber! When it came down to it, plumbing just came natural to me!

After selling my local plumbing company of 10 years, I started a full service plumbing company that used the latest, most sophisticated techniques and equipment available to the industry today. This principle fostered the name, Hi-Tech Plumbing and Leak Detect, Inc.

I didn't want to offer just any plumbing service, rather something fun and unique to compliment my rich plumbing history and heritage. With a name people know and trust, I am proud to report that our business today is over 80% referrals and repeat business. I built Hi-Tech in 2000 on the foundation of customer service, "Make the customers happy, and they will tell others." Our customers seldom complain about their experience or the quality of the work, but it is crucial to absorb the negative feedback to prevent a substandard status quo.

My employees are not paid by commission, as with 90% of the plumbing industry today. A portion of my employees pay is actually dependent on our customers' feedback. I enjoy a letter of compliment; Recieving a positive response is exciting and allows me to reward my employees for their investment into our customers.
