EDMOND, Okla. – A crowd estimated at over 50,000 people lined the streets of downtown Edmond for the 2012 LibertyFest parade.
One of the most popular July 4 celebrations in America, LibertyFest featured everything from boy scouts and girl scouts to members of the military and large models of a Navy submarine and aircraft carrier.
Civil War re-enactors, high school bands, fire trucks, various law enforcement agencies, politicians and beauty pageant winners all marched in the moving celebration.
News Channel 4 and Freedom 43 TV’s Mike Morgan, Sara Celi and the 2 Movie Guys joined the parade as it snaked through the city.
The warm, sunny weather brought out kids, adults, grandparents and lots of dog lovers.
