Today was the grand opening of the Chelino's Mexican Restaurant located at 6509 NW Expressway, Oklahoma City.  KFOR was on hand to celebrate the ribbon cutting ceremony with Marcelino "Chelino" Garcia, the owner of Chelino's Mexican Restaurant, and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
